We are pleased to announce Satyamoorthy Kabilan (Kabi), Vice President, Policy at the Public Policy Forum as one of our keynote speakers at Mobilize 2019. Dr Kabilan has examined the challenges of leadership in emergency management through a number of different lenses. In his presentation, “Leadership in Emergency Management: Recent Insights”, he will walk through some of the key requirements which have been identified for emergency management leaders.
