Community & Family Services

Where life begins and God’s love never ends.
Welcome, we are glad that you are here!
We would like to offer our help and support.
We provide physical, emotional & spiritual care
This is an opportunity for us to know where you
are in life and what supports you are looking for.
We, at The Salvation Army, truly care
about you and your well-being, which
means providing more than just housing and food.

We are spiritual beings (“religious” or not) and
we all need support at times in order to
succeed in life. We would like to provide
physical, emotional and spiritual care plans
as part of our support. Please let
us know if you would like us to
help you in this way.

Food & other assistance

Sometimes the month lasts longer than your money. The food bank provides assistance to people unable to afford basic necessities. We also provide referrals to the thrift store for clothing and furniture.

In order to give you the attention that you deserve and to avoid a crush of people on busy days, we ask that you make an appointment by clicking here.

If this will be your first time visiting our program, we ask that you bring the following to your appointment:

– ID for all members of the family (related adults at the same address are considered to be one family)

– Proof of all sources of income for all family members (including child tax benefit)

– Rent or mortgage receipt

community luncheon
